Our Returns Policy
If you find that a product is unsuitable, it may be returned for a refund or exchange providing the following criteria has been met.
The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase.
Products are in a resaleable condition with original labels and packaging.
Please note, items being returned with carriage cost will be the customers' responsibility.
Our Shipping Policy
When placing an order you accept our T&C's and understand that your order can take up to 3 working days to process and a further 3-5 working days once shipped.
(Standard shipping will be charged at £3.20)
We are happy to offer a click and collect service from within our boutique.
(Click and collect is free)
Additionally, a delivery service will be available within the local area for a small fee.
(This service will be charged at £2.00)
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase and are only redeemable within the boutique at present. Please speak to us regarding saving options.
